We’re pursuing LEED certification on every project, and the feature set below reflects the systems and design choices that make that achievable.

Each building integrates sustainability across the full LEED framework: site selection and transit access, water efficiency, energy performance, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in design.

Because of code variance, site conditions, and cost-performance optimization, not all features are present in every NaturalLofts™ project.
